Party planning can be overwhelming! Use this free checklist bundle to make planning your next event (holiday party, kids birthday party, etc.) a piece of cake (yum!)– timeline, supply list, guest list & more!
Remember when birthday parties were the greatest things ever with just friends, pizza and a pool? These days, especially with Pinterest, it’s hard to not be overwhelmed when planning a party– from the guest list and menu to the decorations and favors, there are SO MANY DETAILS!
But don’t you worry, because that’s where I come in! For as long as I can remember, I have loved planning parties. I’ve planned everything from birthday parties to my wedding and even worked as a fundraising event planner before my daughter was born. So trust me when I say, I got this.
Because there is so much to think about and so many moving parts to any party, the best thing to do is write everything down in one place. Make it as easy on yourself as possible!

What’s in the Bundle?
Start with the Party Planning Timeline. This printable will give you a guideline of when to work on each aspect of your upcoming party.
Next, I would recommend using the Guest List Template. This document is SO easy to use! It will help you keep all of your guest’s contact and RSVP information in one place, and even has sections for you to track gifts and thank you notes so you make sure not to forget anyone. The best part about having a Guest List in excel? You can use mail merge to print names and/or addresses on your envelopes or labels– saving you tons of time and saving your hand from cramping up (the worst!)
Once you’re knee deep in party planning, it’s time to use the Party Supplies Checklist. This list will ensure that you leave the store (or your Etsy cart) with everything needed!
Lastly, about a week before the party, I like to put together a Party Day Packing List. This is SO useful, especially if the party is being hosted somewhere other than your home. The last thing you want to happen is that you get to the party venue and realize that you left all of the plates and napkins at home. Or even the little things, like tape! You will be so glad that you had a packing list!
Was this helpful for you as you planned your party? Let me know– I love to hear from you!
